About us

WEKO was established in 1989 as a design office for dies in the sheet metal processing. Two years later, after the eastern border was open, the shareholders of WEKO in the Czech Republic established a die making factory in the town Olomouc. In 2003 a factory for metal products was established by WEKO and METECH Austria in Věrovany, about 23 km far from Olomouc.

In both of the companies, we currently employ 160 persons and we produce dies for sheet metal processing and metal goods with the value of about 15 million €. To be able to offer the expected quality and reliability in timing to our customers in Germany and Austria, our experts also provide support in the fields of engineering methods, project management and production technology.
